1.1 No tutor assigned: In rare cases where a tutor has not been assigned to your order, a full 100% refund will be issued. Rest assured, if this occurs, you will be promptly notified.

1.2 Short deadline: If the order cannot be delivered due to an unrealistic deadline, where the tutor was unable to produce content in the provided time, a full refund will be issued. We recommend setting deadlines that allow tutors adequate time to complete high-quality work.

1.3 Tutor refusal due to complexity: If the tutor declines the assignment after it has been accepted, due to the complexity of the task or misalignment with their expertise, the customer will receive a full refund.

1.4 Technical issues on our side: If technical issues or platform-related errors prevent the delivery of the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund. The refund isn't applicable in case of partial delivery prior to technical issues.

Clause2: Order Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation with < 1/2 of the deadline passed: If a tutor has been assigned and you choose to cancel the order before half of the deadline has passed, a refund between 100% and 75% will be provided. This covers the effort already made by the tutor and the company.

2.2 Cancellation with > 1/2 of the deadline passed: If the cancellation occurs after more than half of the deadline has passed, the refund will range between 50% - 0%, depending on the progress made by the tutor.

2.3 Cancellation due to incorrect order details: If the customer realises that the instructions were incorrect and wishes to cancel the order, up to 100% refund may be issued if it is informed just after the order confirmation. In case the order has made progress, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed. We advise the clients to discuss with our live chat team and choose to replace the task requirements to get a new solution rather than go for a refund.

2.4 Cancellation due to dissatisfaction with tutor expertise: If the customer feels the assigned tutor lacks the required expertise, they may request cancellation and receive a refund (up to 100%) depending on the stage of completion.

Clause3: Violation of Proposed Deadline

3.1 Late delivery at tutor end: If the tutor is unable to meet the deadline due to illness or other emergencies, the customer may request a refund if the work has not been downloaded. Once the work is downloaded, the customer is considered to have used the service and no refund will be provided.

3.2 Delays due to customer-provided materials: If the delay is due to the customer submitting required materials too late, no refund will be issued. We recommend that all necessary materials are submitted upfront to avoid delays.

3.3 Repeated tutor delays: If a tutor repeatedly fails to meet agreed-upon milestones, leading to an overall delay, the customer can request a partial refund or a discount as compensation.

3.4 Order revision causing delays: If a requested revision results in a delay beyond the revision TAT (Turn-Around-Time), the customer may be eligible for a partial refund or other forms of compensation, depending on the scope of the revision.

Clause4: Work Not as Described

At HouseofAssignments.com, we are committed to providing customised work tailored to your specific needs. The initial submission is a draft intended for your feedback and further development.

4.1 Initial Outline or Proposal: We may provide an initial outline or proposal before completing the full work. This allows you to verify that the project is on the right track. If the outline does not meet your expectations, you can request revisions before the final draft is produced.

4.2 Quality Discrepancy: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or specifications of the work, you have the right to request corrections/amendments based on the expert level you have hired. 3,4,5 star experts’ revision TAT is within 48/36/24 hours respectively. If you remain unsatisfied after multiple revisions, you may request a refund by submitting relevant evidence within 90 days of receiving the final work. Refunds/compensations will be processed based on the investigation of your claim, considering the provided evidence and facts.

4.3 Plagiarised Content: If you believe the work is plagiarised, you must provide a third-party plagiarism report within 7 days of receiving the work. If the claim is verified, a full refund will be issued. In case we find the work is already submitted to your university portal prior to claim, no refund/revision shall be processed.

Clause5: Duplicate Order/Transaction

5.1 Accidental Duplicate Order: If you accidentally place a duplicate order, notify us within 24 hours of payment to request a refund. Upon verification that the order was placed unintentionally, a full refund will be provided.

5.2 Accidental Duplicate Transaction: If an extra payment is made for the same order, you are eligible for a full refund upon request. We ensure that duplicate payments are promptly refunded.

5.3 Duplicate Orders Due to System Glitch: If a tutor repeatedly fails to meet agreed-upon milestones, leading to an overall delay, the customer can request a partial refund or a discount as compensation.

5.4 Cancellation of Duplicate Orders After Work Commencement: If a duplicate order has been assigned to a tutor but you cancel it within 24 hours, a partial refund may be provided based on the progress made. This ensures fairness to both you and the tutor.

5.5 Refund on Unused Services: If you accidentally purchase an additional service (e.g., premium support) but do not use it, you may request a refund for that specific service. The refund amount will reflect whether the service was initiated.

Clause6: Additional Refund Scenarios

6.1 Disputes Over Subject Matter Expertise: If the tutor’s expertise does not match the subject matter of your order, resulting in subpar quality, you can request a refund or a new tutor assignment. We ensure that qualified tutors handle your subject, but if a mismatch occurs, you will be fairly compensated.

6.2 Deadline Modification Requested by Customer: If you request a change in deadline after work has started and subsequently cancel the order, the refund will be adjusted based on the time and effort invested by the tutor prior to the extension.

6.3 Partial Refund for Unfinished Work: If part of the work is completed but you no longer need the rest due to changes in your academic requirements, you may request a partial refund for the unfinished portion.
